Peony Nails Lounge’s Policies

At Peony Nails Lounge, our goal is to provide every guest with a relaxing, elevated, and high-quality experience in a clean, respectful, and welcoming environment.

SERVICE QUALITY & SATISFACTION

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience workmanship-related issues, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment so we may properly evaluate and address the concern.

Please note:

  • No refunds on completed services.

  • Complimentary fixes apply only to workmanship-related issues.

  • Damage caused by accidents, improper aftercare, picking, biting, or normal wear is not eligible for complimentary repairs.


NATURAL NAIL CONDITIONS & RETENTION

Every guest’s natural nails, skin chemistry, and lifestyle are different. Conditions such as oily nail beds, excessive moisture, bitten or damaged nails, sensitivity, medication changes, frequent water exposure, or weakened nail structure may affect service time, retention, durability, and final results.

Additional prep, strengthening products, repairs, or maintenance services may be recommended.

Additional charges may apply.


OUTSIDE WORK DISCLAIMER

We cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, retention, or removal process of products applied by other salons or self-applied products. Additional removal time or corrective work may require extra charges.


DESIGNS, CUSTOMIZATION & EXTRA TIME

To provide the best experience for all guests and maintain appointment schedules, we kindly ask clients to finalize colors and designs before services begin whenever possible.

Complex nail art, corrective work, extra-long nails, excessive redesign requests, difficult removals, or multiple changes during the appointment may require additional time and pricing adjustments.

Services extending beyond standard appointment time may incur an additional charge of $1.50 per extra minute after the first hour of service.


APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL

Appointments are highly recommended. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your scheduled service.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule services depending on availability in order to respect scheduled appointments for other guests.


HEALTH & SAFETY

Your health and safety are our priority. Guests with contagious conditions, open wounds, infections, or conditions that may compromise service safety may be asked to reschedule or seek medical attention prior to service.

All tools and equipment are properly disinfected and sanitized according to California State Board regulations.


RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT

Peony Nails Lounge is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for both guests and staff.

Inappropriate behavior including harassment, sexual comments or gestures, inappropriate exposure, aggressive behavior, intoxication, excessive disruption, filming staff or guests without consent, or disrespect toward staff or guests will result in refusal or termination of service.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.


PHOTO & VIDEO NOTICE

Photos or videos may occasionally be captured during salon operations for marketing and social media purposes. Guests may appear in background content.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify our team before your service begins and we will gladly respect your privacy.


PAYMENT & GRATUITY

We accept:

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • Cash App

  • Major credit/debit cards

A 2.5% processing fee applies to card payments. Prices displayed online and through booking platforms reflect card pricing.

Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App payments do not incur additional fees.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our team and may be provided through any payment method.

Returned payments, fraudulent disputes, or chargebacks without prior communication may result in refusal of future services.


CHILDREN & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

For safety and relaxation purposes, children must remain supervised at all times.

Please keep personal belongings with you at all times. Peony Nails Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
